DELIVERY POLICY


1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.


2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within Malaysia. Any shipments outside of Malaysia are not available at this time.


3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Order processing time can take 1-4 business days before they are sent out to shipping. Most orders leave warehouse within 24 hours; most items are delivered within (2) Business Days. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.


4. Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website. Orders over 20 kilograms may only be sent via freight/transportation company. For your convenience, tracking information will be e-mailed to you as soon as we process your order.


5. Oversize Shipping

Items that are oversize, weigh over 20 kilograms, or require special handling will ship separately from other items that you order and will incur an additional handling fee. These items will ship via freight/transportation company. Once your order leaves our distribution center, the freight company will contact you to arrange a specific delivery time. We will inform you for any additional fees/charges required for the oversized shipping.  Please note that each shipment requires signature upon delivery. Also, be sure to inspect the shipment when it arrives and notify the driver of any damage.


6. International Shipping

We are currently do not support shipping to International destinations, however you may contact us via email to request for quotation on the rates to ship to your place. We do not add international tax, tariffs or duties for International orders. It is solely your responsibility to pay these fees.


7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be

advised of any charges on the checkout page. For the extra-large or heavier items, the delivery cost will be quoted separately. You might choose to own collection in selected location to waive the delivery costs. 

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.


8. Damaged Items in Transport

*NOTE: In order to expedite your order we may need to change the carrier or method of delivery. While we try to stock every item we sell on the website, there are some items that run out-of-stock or we do not stock yet. In these cases there maybe delays to your order being shipped, however we will notify you within 1-2 business days. Whether you decide to leave the item on order with us or cancel will be your option (please read our payment & shopping guidelines on Customer Service page).
